Prime number definition as follows:

Any number with only two factors is called a prime number. Here the two factors are the number and 1.

Example:

Let us take a number 7.

If we find out the factors for the number 7, we observe that 7 have only two factors. The factors of 7 are 7 and 1. As 7 have only two factors so 7 is called as a prime number.
