Area of circle is π { r }^{ 2 } . As quadrant is one fourth part of a circle. So area of quadrant is given by \frac { 1 }{ 4 } × π { r }^{ 2 } where “r” is the radius of the circle.

Example:

If area of circle is 200 { m }^{ 2 } then area of the quadrant is \frac { 1 }{ 4 } × 200 = 50 { m }^{ 2 } . In case, if you are given radius of a circle then directly substitute in the formula and find are of quadrant.
